Agile Usability

We want working software to be usable, too. It seems like we have forgot the importance of usability in our agile software development efforts. Usability can mean everything - from anthropological studies of different cultures use of IT, to where to put a specific field on the screen. So what do we mean by usability? How can usability be agile? And how can we integrate usability into Scrum?
