 Hello, visitor! I'm a combination of a programming guy (historically rooted in C++), a design and patterns guy, a little bit of an academic, and an Organizational Patterns guy.
My interest in Agile software development goes back to the early days of Organizational Patterns, which were one early way that Agile practices spread through the software world. Today, I continue using these patterns to help organizations refine their Agile base — both at the level of preparing for the discipline of Scrum or XP, and at the level of honing mature organizations to a high degree of performance.
