If you can imagine this, you can imagine Camp Scrum. Camp Scrum provides ScrumMaster Certification, Product Owner Certification, as well as training in Agile Use Cases, Agile Architecture, Agile Testing, Lean Development, Scrum Failure Modes, Organizational Patterns, and other topics. Four sessions a day and Birds of a Feather sessions at night (along with plenty of beer and wine) provide an intense immersion experience in Agile practice.
Camp Staff
What will you learn at Camp Scrum? You will learn about the history of Agile and Scrum, but will quickly move into the details of the Scrum flow and the roles of Scrum. There are sessions on Agile estimation, on the finesse behind the product backlog, release planning, and sprint planning. We will also go into advanced concepts like Scrum scaling, Agile Use Cases, Agile Testing, Agile Architecture, Usability, and the application of XP practices under Scrum. Assorted topics include Lean development, tools to support Scrum development, Organizational Patterns, and retrospectives. You can find more details in the tentative camp schedule. (But remember, we inspect and adapt, so this schedule might evolve in response to your input.)
